I haven't lost my excitement, but I am stressing

I have a property in San Antonio TX that I will soon put under contract. But I have not found any interested buyers from the area that are interested. I am placing advertisements in Craigslist and Postlets. I know there is no giving up. I will have a buyer by next week. I have to!

Driving for deals

We hopped in the car yesterday armed with a camera, a notebook, a gps and went looking for the deals. Found a couple of properties that are vacant, and one open house. Met an agent we didn't know and have some things to research this week! Hopefully, those few hours will get us the biggest pay checks we've ever earned. In the meantime, back to getting the data ready for our next direct mailing.

Sandwich Lease option question?

I have a sandwich lease option set up. I'm up $2800 so far and haven't really done much. The tenant is talking about exercising his option to purchase. The problem I've been running into is I can't find a mortgage company/lender to lend him the money because they say I don't own the place and refuse to loan him the money. Does anyone out there use a certain bank for sandwich lease options?

It Worked

I just had a "have to tell someone kind of morning"! Since Dean's 30 Days book says post daily, the DG family seemed like the right people to tell. I've been putting up CL ads for weeks with little to no response. Last night I posted some new ones, and guess what? I had responses on ALL of them this morning! Got to go find more deals! Thanks for listening!
