Yesterday I became a member of the insider elite program. Took the advice of Dean and his team, Got started on the 30 days to quick cash video training. and in less than a day I have gotten a realtor as a part of my power team that is already starting to filter and find deals for me. Thank you soo much for all the support inspiration and education.

Sorry I haven't been blogging but Calgary, AB, Canada was hit with a flood and we are trying to cope with the mess and start the cleanup phase. With power out and businesses shut down, people being displaced. This last week has been a nightmare but Calgary has pulled together and we are survivors.

I can now begin to focus on making money to rebuild.

Quit job, moved home, and starting to make forward progress with the real estate.

Met with a contractor and his subs today. Seeing if they will be good for the power team. Sent letters to potential cash buyers...67 to be exact!

Tomorrow will be calling real estate agents and banks, posting ads on Craigslist, working on some bandit signs, and reviewing criteria for present buyers. Moving forward.

It's the small things that add up. I often was thinking I needed to get step 10 finished and completed, forgetting that of course its the 9 previous steps that get you there.

I'm excited because I'm actually taking action. No more talking or dreaming about it, but actually doing it.
