It has been...

... a whirlwind of a month. We came back from a sad situation and are now trying to bounce back. We so want to moce forward with this and our first step right now is buying our OWN house. We just signed the papers for our place and can't wait to move next month!
Will keep you posted as things go on, gonna get this move behind us and see where the newly opened doors take us.

I decided to change my life and purchased Deans books as did everyone else on this site. I purchased it in October and unfortunately it collected dust until I had to quit my job to be with my 3 kids due to personal reasons. So, I took those Babies out! Started reading them cover to cover..Still reading them again...

This is now my 2nd week in action. My first week I built up 4 buyers. 2 really solid buyers 2 not really sure but still testing them out. I also am building my power team. I also have a Broker, although I do have to say he is a little scared of me lol! He is used to the norm of everyday business. He is not used to creative financing. If he knew my strategies he might just walk away lol!

Is it or isn't it?

So much to learn and absorb! Exciting to be starting down such a foreign path and find out I can still learn! I would never have guessed I'd be doing this a year ago. The other big surprise is that after 6 months, I am really enjoying the process and the subject matter.

Still not too comfortable blogging or asking questions, but continue to step outside of my comfort zone - guess I am on the right track.

Piscataway 2013 Workshop

Looking to locate anyone one who went to the workshop, to see how they are processing. Have signs out for a month with no response! We can't seem to find wholesale investors... much being done to rebuild after Hurricane Sandy!! If anyone out there who can offer advice or assistance. We can only do bird-dogging and assignment of contract, to build monies for larger business options...
