WOW!!! Just finished our 3 day boots on the ground with Joe Jurek and one word can sum it all up......

WOW!!!!

Joe was truly amazing!!! I must say I was a little nervous going into the Boots on the Ground Seminar, but my partner and I decieded that we were going to use this as our STEPPING STONE to success.....and wow...

We had SEVERAL A-HA moments!!! Joe helped us "dot the i's" and "cross the t's" and how wow was the Lowes trip with Joe terrific!! Seriously, what other program not only provides you with the materials but ENCOURAGES their trainers to actually walk us through the ACTUAL products they use in their rehabs??

Seriously we took the training, we went through the basics, and 2 days after the the boots we already have 3 responses to just our craigslist ads!!!!

I finally took the step to call the real estate agents. I was so scare but it went really well. The agent seemed eager to work with me. I let her know I am newer to the area and just started to look into investing out here where I now live. Gave her my criteria and she gave me the average price range. She also asked if I had contractors and handymen in mind already. If not she had a list of ones her current investors work with. Can't wait for her email me.

I am still scared out my mind to do this. But I am now certain that my financial future is on the right track. I just have to push aside the fear and keep going for it.

So after a month of staring at the list of phone #'s for real estate offices I just go off the phone with the firs real estate agent. I was super scared and it was a little rocky. However not knowing the area too well worked to my benefit. I let her know I was newer to the bay area and that I am interested in investing and would like to know what areas are hot for investors. She gave me a few good areas and seemed eager to help. Even let me know the average price range for the types of properties I am looking for. She let me know where the competition is the highest for cash buyers too. I was impressed.

this week I will watch less T.V.

I have never done a Blog before as a matter of fact i was kind of afraid of how to do one

We Have Paid 8000.00 Dollars to participate into the inner circle. We were promised weekly phone calls and help to be on the fast track to success in our business. We Gladly accepted and paid the money. We were given 9 total phone call lasting 15 minutes each. The last four weeks we have not heard anything from our "Mentor", I use Mentor loosely. We also promised a toolbar to help us have resources at our fingertips. The toolbar can only be used on firefox, which we had to add to our computers. The toolbar is a quick link to sites that we would have to pay for using.
The inner circle is suppose to help us do 5 deals in the first year or the second year was free.
