I have a house valued just over one million dollars which I am renting out in Missouri. I am having trouble finding an insurance company that will provide me with insurance. Does anyone know of any insurance companies that provide insurance for rentals over $1 million?????

DO CASH BUYERS COVER ALL COSTS?

I've yet to find cash buyers that cover every expense.

Some want you to put some 'skin in the game'. In other words you might be putting up an invested amount, Earnest funds or both.

I've seen where a higher paid bird dog invested $1,000 and walked away with $4,000 or more when working with cash buyers.

Cash buyers close quickly, you don't wait for a loan to clear and get paid faster.

If this scares you there are some that will pay a bird dog between $500 to $1000 without you having to invest but you might be putting up the Earnest funds of $500,$1,000 or more to secure the home.

This is what I have found.

Ok., so I'm nervous about calling up these buyers, because I need to re-read that chapter about "locking it down"....thank you, Dean. My next order of business will be to visit Craig's List...I'm on my way!

have found some great deals for investment. go to my web site and check them out. Simple Home Solutions Group, LLC Go to page buy and look at the deals I am talking about. we have found an area where there are lots of good deals. house as low as 60,000 thousand dollars.

I have asked for help and no one wants to help. I put it out there what and who I am and where I want to be. The agent black listed us, because of her attitude and no other agents want to work with us. Been to a REA meeting and those agents push me off to somewhere else. I will not lie about who I am, I will not hide what I got going on and my motivation on why I want to do better. I need help...I NEED HELP and I don't know where to turn or who to turn too. It may be easy for some but not for me and I need help. Money, Money, Money, Money is all anyone seems to care about and I have had it. I am very frustrated and don't no what to do. If someone can help, please do. I have forms, they get turned down because they are not sure, but they are an attorney. I just can't handle this stress.

Today I recieved a call from Mike Katiel at Coastal-Funding in south carolina. He spoke to me about the eligibility requirements for home loans with Coastal-Funding (good credit scores). I wonder if I could establish a tax payer I.D. and apply for that home loan as a corporation?
