Married in Vegas

Yes! I had heard of Dean Graziosi and purchased a book five years before thinking the steps sound too easy. I was skeptical.

Now Jim asked me to attend a conference in Las Vegas and become his real estate partner for life. I said "Yes!" and we had two Buying Summit participants stand up as witnesses. Our first deal had rehab project got cash, through OPM $$.

Thanks to Cory (Cash Flow Cory) for providing us with a lovely wedding dinner voucher at the Luxor. Lamb and heritage tomatoes were fantastic, as well as the honeymoon suite.

We are on our way as real estate investors,now in 2013.
Multiplexes and REO deals are on the way.

WOW!!! Sooo this stuff works!!!

Since our Boots on the Ground I have started to use PropTrend to work the cash buyers in my area. In the last 2 weeks I have sent out probabbly 20 postcards/letters and today landed a GREAT buyer for my buyer bucket!!!!

I just stayed calm and took LOTS of notes and BAM we have a SERIOUS BUYER!!! WOO HOO!!!!!!!!

wrote a ghost ad on craigslist and ....FSBO may have potential buyer.....

So i put in a ghost ad on craisglist that said "investor looking for cash buyers, have FSBO that are motivated"

Now i found the FSBO houses in my newspaper that reads, "FSBO and give info on houses, seller motivated"

A woman emailed me back and said, "i would like to drive by the addresses"

Now TO BE HONEST, i have NOT called the owners of the FSBO houses that are around my town. So do i NOW call the owners and say,
"hello i am an investor in town and have a potential buyer that would like to drive by your house?"

What if the potential buyer wants to look at the house?? I do NOT have the money to put it into contract.

It is!!!! it has been 14 months since we found the water damage from our master bathroom shower that caused damage through two outside walls and all the way down through the office on the main level. UGH!

I have felt disorganized and overwhelmed ever since.

Well, now I can't say that anymore and it makes me smile!

I am back in the game. Smiling

Captains log - Entry 5

Today was a great success!! I found a real estate agent that was perfect for the job. And it happened just like Dean said it would in the book. I've always trusted what Dean has said and figured it would work if you just did it. So when I started working pretty hard and following these steps to the 't', it worked! And my confidence level is absolutely through the roof! By the end of the week I will be putting in offers! So excited!

I spent today finishing up my reading of your book; "30 days to Real estate Cash." great read! I've read all 160 pgs. I was glad to have completed a few of the "30 days" goals, like establishing a separate email address for my real estate transactions. I also went to the Coastal-Funding.com website. I just checked it out...ha ha...you were right about certain types of people who are result-oriented. I must admit I'm kinda hopeful about this process even though I am a very practical gurl. I also visited a few other mortgage assistance sites like USA Funding Applic.org....I spent about $25./US there.
