Hello DG members,

Routines are what we do everyday and when we put real estate investments into the mix, it wasn't top priority as we moved in together. Jim and I have of daily routines and work schedules. I teach so the summer is my free time to focus on what I wish to accomplish.

Now my mornings are filled with reading DG posts from other members and watching Dean's motivational video blogs. We are making offers after digesting the educational information and putting our feet into the pool.

Hi everybody! I believe that there should be close supervision for people that's beginning, intermediate, and advance for whoever needs it in order to learn something new. Thank you.

I read Dean's new book 30 days to real estate cash. I liked reading the book very much. I decided to start a new real estate career.

Today is a Saturday and I finally sat down and wrote out very specific goals. It set me ablaze to work hard toward them. Having them written down in front of me helps me see and ultimate "place" to get to until the next set of goals.

I sent in my first set of offers today. As soon as they come back, I will be able to tweak my 25:1 ratio. Excited!!

We are making progress. Visible progress.

I enjoy reading the article in the Huff post, and like you said it's about time that the boys know that" we" women means business in the real estate world of investing. "Heck yes" am next. I'm sure that a lot of women out there will feel the same way. I believe the time is now for us women to show that we can achieve anything once you are determine and dedicated. It may take a bit longer than expected but never give in even when the light at the end of the tunnel seems to be fading. Where there is a "will" there got to be a way!!!
