About Me:
I am currently enlisted active duty Air Force in Phoenix AZ. I am looking to exit the military (honerably) within the next year and have decided to take charge of my future and invest in real estate. I've read a few of Dean's books and have done a ton more research and have decided that I would like to wholesale. My goal is to build up enough capital and start my own LLC(s). Once I have the funds I plan on doing of mix of fix and flip, buy and hold, and wholesaling. I currently do this part time but I am looking at making this a full time endeavor.
