I just received Deans books as a Christmas gift and I'am very interested in investing into my children's future they are almost grown we lost their dad last year to cancer and i know this would be his dream come true to buy and sell to give us a better quality of living I'am a 44 year old unemployed widow and mother of two great daughters. I am ready to get on with our lives and to do so I need a bigger income then my 1016.00 survivor benefit per month. Will this income help me when applying for grants or loans.I will receive this income for the next two years and wish to invest it properly to provide a financially secure future. Where can I go to apply for the loans needed to make this first flip? And do I need to have some sort of savings?
