An additional technique that I have employed is if you already have realtors you may be working with in the area==========Hit them up with asking them for the favor of finding out if "they" know which bank owns the particular property you like. Don't be direct. Ask: "Say I was wondering if...,is that a local bank? a U.S. bank? I don't want it to be MY bank! , you can also ask YOUR personal or Business banks to pull you a "favor" as they also have stronger access to such info.

Hey out there just started and going to succeed too, but I am looking for the bank that owns this property I know in the book was told to call all banks; yes this can be done is there another way to so this? I am going to get this property I want it as my residence and then start investing...any suggestions pls hit me back Darryl...
