Hello my name is J'mel Wiley and I am kinda new to the website. I am in the process of relocating to the DFW area in Texas. I am interested in Real Estate but i dont know where to start. i was wondering if there was anybody out there that would like to network with me.

My girl friend and I are very interested in investing in the DFW Texas area but dont have any experience, or mentors who have successfully done it before. we are both 24 and eager to start investing. I have good enough credit that i can get a loan with 20% down. we would love to know if there are any people who have actually started investing with out any hard money? we have both of Dean's books and have highlighted every fact and good info that we saw, but because we cant afford Dean's academy on real estate we are afraid to trust our first minds...I Spoke with a real estate agent and he suggested that the fourclosure maket would be the best route to go! please if you could help out with any info or if anyone wants to network with me that would be grately appreciated. thanks
