Been studying deans books for about 3months. I understand the stradegies. went and met with a realtor and found out that i cannot even put in a bid on a bank owened foreclosure unless i am pre qualafied (bad credit put a stop to that) kind of lost my drive looking for somebody in the cen. fl. area looking partner up little guidance would more greatly appreciate.
