2nd week investing and we are working on our first deal. This is a short sale deal already with bank approval. Purchase price is $98,213 and FMV is 230,000. That price is what currently sold in the area at the same square footage. We are looking to do a double close but are very nervous about it. I am just very excited to get things moving in the right direction wether this works or not It feels great.
