I'm in the success academy class I get good infor. So tell me would you buy this house asking 115k repair 80-90k after repair 309,102 1920 Victorian in very nice area.
lot 5625 sqft 1920 my comp number was on point. I have three more home but I'm going to get equity out of my home and buy it myself. Pay off the academy and re think this. I need cash not some one takeing up my time. Well I feel better I got it off my ches. Until next time go get that deal.

This is just for me. I have a 30 year back ground in construction and am a past in specter. Their is no way that i will put that kind of money in a house. It just takes to long and their are a lot better deals out their.
