OfflineI'm about to put a property under contract tomorrow. My exit strategy will be via Assignment of Contract. I only have a cash buyer's list of 100 something names and I may consider going to another wholesaler to help me push that contract to a end buyer. I need a Joint Venture Agreement so that the wholesaler helping me flip my contract can secure his fee and he will fell comfortable working with me in this here matter.
