Im new and hungry and cant wait to let loose and land some deals. any input while im reading will help me alot, im a warrior and read these books prepare me for for battle. i have been laid off and laidoff and im tired of it. i will make this work by any means necessary.

I am in the same boat as you are. If you are as motivated as it seems, it would be great to link up with the success academy after you read the book. In the success academy, it will teach step by step on real estate investing. Also you will have unlimited access to one-on-one coaching. They will work with you on prices. Great people to have as an asset. The toughest thing while reading the book to me was the excitement; wondering when the book was going to get to the secrets. Motivation and determination will get you there and cause you to open up your mind to another level in investing. Dean is the real deal when it comes to investing, but don't let that be the only source. Even he will tell you about networking and going to different Real Estate Investing clubs will be a big part in your investor career.
