To make things clear for myself so i find a house tie it up for a lease option i am getting the owner to sign a Agreement to purchase form and in the buyers line were i sign after that is assignee(s) is this all i need to assign this deal. Now does this need to go to a lawyer or is this good for now? What about like on site septic systems and wells how do we know all this is good. any help thanks
