Assigning a REO to an investor ?

Assigning a REO to an investor ?

My partner and I have a REO we would like to assign to our investor, but our Realtor tells us that banks do not like to assign or work with third parties.

We learned that from Dean's book also.

So, What contract can we use so that our investor doesn't go behind our backs directly to the bank, and we can get our finders fee?

How do we go about this?

Thank you very much for your help

Kind Regards,
John

You need a Non-disclosure

You need a Non-disclosure form for the buyer/investor to sign. Don't give them the address until you have them sign that non disclosure contract.

Thank you very much

I will let my partner know.

I was just reading a few posts especially the one about the girl who uses the And or assign on all contracts which I know about then when banks try to back out while in open of escrow she tells them all contracts or paperwork she signed has and/or assign and they don't want to pay escrow prices or back out of a legit contract.

Something like that I am all over the net and phone right now so I am kind of typing fast.

Thank you again

John
