FINDING NEW WAYS!

THERE ARE ALWAYS "NEW WAYS TO SKIN A CAT" as my Dad used to say. Of course he was raised on a farm and he really did love cats! I'm finding that from other parts of my life through the years, I'm able to find creative solutions to apply to current conditions. Notice I did not use the word "Problems" and I seldom use the word "Challenge!" Don't like that last one at all; got those out of my vocabulary years ago. I think it was Mark Victor Hanson's very first tour back in the 70's where he'd point out that those two words "denoted doubt" which I thought was very, very astute and profound.

Totally Amazed

I have been researching my CASH BUYERS list online tracking down addresses. I have found a few who have more than 5 properties. I even found a buyer who owns 14. I thought all of this was awesome until I came across one buyer that I'm going to call a SUPERSTAR. He owns 75 properties and several have been bought in the last 6 months. He practically owns a few blocks in town. I can't believe it. The info you get from Dean is definitely "cutting edge". Thanks to Dean and everyone on the site.

My first offers

I'm about to submit my first 16 offers on REO's doing what dean told me do my do diligence 55 years old and Im afraid I might have missed something. But head up eyes open moving forward I'll see you guys at the top

New Investor!

Hello, my name is Joshua Morrison and I am a real estate investor. I so ready to make my first deal. I know when I do, the snow ball effect will take place. I have learned to be a stronger person already. I know I can and I will provide a better life for my family and myself.

My pursuit of happiness

The ball is moving and I'm thankfull for that but I want to be more and be doing more. I do have some prospects lined up and actually have meetings set up. I am set to meet 2 people this week. Neither deal could make me much money Both very inexpensive houses. But I am trying to see things in a new light and find the good in everything. I am very nervous about meeting them but I figure it like this. I am not perfect and I'm not trying to be I wil be professional and I will use these first couple meetings as practice and who knows I may be able to make a quick $1000 not much but if I had that to put into a advertising budjet I could kill it this year. I don't need to be Rich to be happy I just want More financial freedom.
