Hello DG family It has been my dream to become a Real estate Investor for a long time. I keep coming across great deals in my own back yard like this one I have attached. I wanted to start off bird-dogging for some serious investors but I'm not coming across any serious quailified buyers. I have been to a couple of realestate clubs to network most people cant obtain financing due to new banking guidelines. I have lost out on three deals already because of this.
