Just Registered on DG sight - OMG

Today is the first day registered- It sure has been awesome to be on this site. First, because its "everthing real estate". Secondly, because I watched a video of Dean Grazios and Matt Larson that was dated Feb. 4, 2013 but I just saw it today Father's Day, June 16. Matt spoke of the 25:1 rule which I was just hearing for the first time. This is something I'm going to do right away. Researching this info. Also keeps me abreast whats going on in the market especially in my area. As Matt said all this information can be gathered without leaving your home/office. I like getting up at 6:00am and getting to the office early so I can do my searches and anaylizing early.
