HELP ASAP (Bird Dogging ?'s)

OK so I took action yesterday before the big black out, here in san Diego, and posted an ad on Craigslist. And guess what? This morning I GOT EMAIL! sorry I'm really excited lol but now I need help on what questions do I ask the investor. I know the basics, what area are u looking at? What's your price range? But I don't know much from that point. So if someone couple pass on a list of questions that would be so helpful
