I get a lot of questions about investors areas. New investors often seem to ask if the area they have is good. Another very common question is when the investor is told by a Realtor, friend, family or someone else about how hard this business is. The investor thinks "Boy, is there a better market for me?"
I will tell you now you may have a little harder area but the grass is green right where you are. Do not take the counsel from those that are not doing real estate themselves.
