Many times clients wonder what types of activity it takes to get started in investing. They look through countless manuals, books, tapes, listen to coaches, and get just as many opinions on how to start.
The real key, isn't predicated on any technique or strategy, it's much more basic than that. The real key is just to get out there and DO SOMETHING!!!
It really doesn't matter what you do. Just make a phone call to an agent. Call a mortgage broker to see what loan options are available. Look up an investment club. If there isn't one, make one up and organize it. Call some for rent signs and see what rents are going for, or if the owner of the properties wants to buy more. Etc, etc, etc......
Do anything you'd like. You don't even need anyone to tell you what to do. Just pick something and do it. You will be surprised at how fast you will start to see what is going on out there. You will see what people are investing in. You will see what kinds of money are available to you. You will find out information about your market. And all of this without really trying very hard. It will be amazing what happens with just a little effort.
So get off the couch, get away from the computer.....right now..... go ...... get on the phone and make some calls. Any kind of calls to real estate professionals. Something will happen. You may be surprised.....
