I was having dinner last night with one of the Miami Heat players and he asked me what I felt the keys to my success in real estate were. I asked him the same question with regard to his success in sports and we both discovered the same thing, which is passion.
He said he always needs to remain passionate even when the game is not going well and his business as a pro athlete is facing challenges. He said it comes down to always believing in what it is your doing.
In what I do with real estate and what you do or will do, you have to be passionate. You always need to come across as real estate and you being one in the same.
This has to be the fuel that lights your fire. When a realtor or seller asks if your a cash buyer, you must answer yes and come across as confident in the business at hand.
