Need Help

I am wondering if there are any investors out there that might be interested in a deal involving a large number of condos in a lodge in a ski town right on the ski slopes. I know the bank is going to be repo the units and know the owner of all the units.

If you are interested and need more information please let me know.

I am looking to help the owner out before the bank takes them back.
