Hello All,

I want to let you know first of all, even though I don't post - I read most if not all of what is going on here. I thank you all so much for having caring hearts and helping out others when you can. It is so awesome to see.

It feels good to be part of a bigger group with all the same goals in mind; doesn't it... Instead of - in most cases - being around others who think you may be a little crazy for stepping out of your normal routine and going after bigger goals.. Never settle with "Average" or "Ok".. Never!!

I dont know exactly where this came from but my 15 year old son walked into the room tonight and handed me a paper entitled, The 4 Stages of Growth On The Path To A Million and told me that I should put it above my computer....to add it to my daily collection of materials on how I was going to BECOME A REAL ESTATE MILLIONAIRE!

Dean's Inner Circle is a special group of people that is joined by invite only. The general criteria we look for to bring people into the Inner Circle is the following:
- 500 or more points
- All badges
- Someone who has demonstrated their real estate investment knowledge and commitment
- Someone who has actively participated to help others and grow the board

One thing that I don't see mentioned in the media when factoring in value investing in Real Estate is combination of inflation in the dollar and deflation of the real estate market.
