Using Talents, Not Money

A real estate investor will often have professional expertise that can be "traded" in lieu of down payment funds. Contractors, painters, landscapers, health-care professionals, lawyers, realtors, insurance agents, car dealers, merchants - all of these can provide valuable services or discounts that could be used in place of down payments. The potential list is not restricted to professional consideration either, sometimes a supply of plain elbow grease can help swing a deal in the absence of funds.

Once again..... www.craigslist.org ... has come through.

In this business we are Mining for basically 2 things.....Great Deals....and OPM (other peoples money). I think I struck GOLD.

I was just looking for a multi-plex apt and decided to call this guy. I noticed that he had a Huge MEGA unit complex and a small multi plex for sale.

I was just calling on the smaller multi plex and this young sounding guy picked up the phone.

I asked him about the property and he told me about it.

I asked him if the Larger property was his also, and he said Yes....

Dinner with Dean

Hello Graziosi Family…Chip and Andrea here – this year’s “Take Me Away, Dean” winners. We wanted to take a couple minutes and let you know what we’ve been up to.

We took a long weekend and flew down to Arizona. It was nice to take a few hours off from work and get away for a couple days. We enjoyed some In-N-Out Burger (we don’t have those here in Colorado, so it’s a treat for us), the warm weather and sleeping in. However, the highlight of the weekend was undoubtedly meeting with Dean and Jonelle for dinner – sorry, In-N-Out Burger.

Zero down - IMPOSSIBLE (POSSIBLE)

I just recently purchased Dean's BARM book and I am trying to get in the game. I had my realtor find some properties that were in an area that was renting well. I found a few and started talking with lenders, etc. about financing. All are telling me that there's is NO CHANCE of getting a loan without at least 20% down.

3rd DEAL ...It's all about the momentum

This deal is part of momentum that I began 3 weeks ago.......Action is energy expended...hopefully with results that follow.

Talk about desperate banks.....

My Broker Just called me and told me a different kind of story than I have heard of before.

I just placed on offer on property on Sunday for a property that was barely listed on MLS. My broker had given me the heads up on the House PRIOR to listing. I can't over emphasize the importance of finding Bank Representative Brokers to work with.

Wow! That is the only word I need to describe Deans new book, however, I am going to tell you folks a few more details about this one of a kind book. I have already read it 3 times and every time I put it down I can't believe the detail in it. When someone walks up to me and asks me what book I would recommend they read I tell them "hands down go read Profit From Real Estate Right Now!" In my opinion, and I have literally read over 200 books in the last 3 years, this is the best real estate book ever written. I look at Deans last book "Be A Real Estate Millionaire" and how good it was and see how many lives that book changed and I feel that will pale in comparison to his new book. Don't take my word for it, go out and get a copy and read it cover to cover the first day you get it! Get it done!
