Just got a Deal Accepted

I have just got a deal accepted that is 50% off the Listed Price as I don't know the FMV of it yet. You see, I submitted offers for 60 properties without looking at them and this particular one was accepted so far. However, it is listed as a total gut renovation or possible demolition prospect in the MLS. So my question is this, is it worth putting all the money and sweat equity into the propoerty, where I could have just use the money and rehab dollars to buy a more expensive house that need no work, and save my time?
I may have a great lead on a buyers list!
April 2nd, 2009 | posted by cylegreenI just got a call on my "looking for investors" craigslist ad. There is a company in my area who helps people find affordable housing(either those have just lost their house to foreclosure or just those who just need help). This organization works directly with investos around the area who hire them to find great deals on apartments and single family homes! Sounds familiar, right? Well, this organization is so busy, they don't have enough resources to cover all of their needs. So they called me!

On top of this, there’s a boatload of investors who are victims getting abused with every property purchased. Somewhere out there, somebody knew somebody who had a friend who did this or that and the investor becomes a victim. Although hard to believe, some investors go to their local veteran attorney and amazingly have been told they’ve never heard of a land trust.
