The Low Down on (some) Cash for Houses Websites

"We pay cash for houses" companies/websites are a topic that come up from time to time. I decided to do some research of my own to see how viable these companies are as a buyer.

Naturally, we think these companies are cash investors. However, what I have found out is that is not always the cash, and in my sample, the was actually not often the case. Cash buyers/investors are the best kind of buyer since they don't need funding and are obviously quite serious. These are the types of buyers would we love to have snatching up our deals.

[he was impressed]
10.interviewed 5 real estate agents [currently working with 2 1 is outstanding !!

The REO Bank Owned Property that was there One Day and Then Disappeared into Thin Air in less than 12 Hours!

I was driving home from work today and I decided to take the other road home. I almost forgot about a very interesting story that I want to share with you. I recalled this story as I drove by an empty commercial lot.

Several weeks ago, I had a Bank Owned REO home on a commercial lot near other large commericial businesses on my radar. Based on the price I thought the home had potential, as well as, the commerical lot it sat on was in a great location. Thus, I contacted the listing broker and he stated tha the listing was no longer his listing.

Paying yourself from your LLC or INC

Hello everyone. I have read some great topics on here about LLC's & Inc's. (actually all the forum topics posted on this site are awesome!)

I wanted to give some friendly advice, from my experience of owning a business, on how to pay yourself once you start making money.

I think it is really important to understand the process, because a friend of mine who owns a business never "payed" himself. Instead he "lived off the business" and the IRS nailed him to the wall. He had to pay over 30K in penalties and back taxes.
