Awesome to hear about another student's success. I also went to a live event this Saturday in Boise, ID. Speakers were Lynn Alder and Steven Johnson. Learned a lot, and signed up for a 3-day Training in 12 days. Got the "Grant Passport" program and the "Enhance Note Network" educational guide, and I am all fired up.

Hey Dean, this is why I always come back to the blogs. There is always something I can use. In this video there is my similarity. I was in the same situation. I always wanted to become successful at real estate, but it was only when I found you on late night t.v. that I took my first action and now I am taking action everyday from going to see a real estate agent, to calling up buyers and placing ads. Everyday I am doing something toward my future. It's all because you never stop these blogs and emails and other motivational things that continue to sit in the back of my head and eventually gets me moving.
I appreciate what you do and I am never going to stop. I was playing real estate for a long time, and now play time is over. I don't even care if I make a mistake, I am through being afraid. I am broke and I'm sick of it, I will succeed and I have you to thank for that.

I met Linda at this past weekend's event - her energy, excitement and enthusiasm was amazing! =) She's making it happen and I hope to follow in her footsteps as well as many other people who are succeeding. The event was great, speakers were great, and the additional shot in the arm of confidence was sooo needed!

Hey Linda,
Thanks for your energy, optimism, and Faith. I belong to a 12 step group and I have always been told that you must "DO WHAT YOU DON'T want to do". That is one key to success. To Get out of our comfort zone, Get into action. I have posted some ghost ads on craigs list and whenI was contacted it was by Realators and I was frozen feeling like I didn't belong. I was just like the racoon in the headlights. Everyone has been twelling me the same things to just get going and after hearing you with Dean that's what I am going to do.

Thanks so much! Way to go Linda! I am just starting and after watching you I am going to just jump in with both feet not looking back. Sometimes we want all the circumstances to be grand but it just does not happen like that we have to navigate our way through. Linda you hit the nail on the head. This past week I've been really out of it. Letting myself waste time and not getting anything done. I think as one of my favorite speakers says, "I had a bad case of stinking thinking". One way to break from "stinking thinking", is to just do the things you know you need to do. Take action, write emails, make calls and get out there and make it happen. Thanks again Dean for anpther great video.
