Dean Graziosi Weekly Video Blog

This week Dean reveals the brick walls that get in the way of your ability to succeed.

If you haven't made the kind of progress you desire, watch and find out if one of these 7 deadly roadblocks are keeping you from reaching your goals.

The good news is, once you know it, you can overcome it! Have a great week.

roadblocks

Hi Dean,
I want to clear the roadblocks.
I want to have a roof over my head.
I want to have freedom
I want to have finance available
I want to have someone to preapprove me
I want to pay a low interest rate for loan
I want to see how can that be possible if I am not currently working, but have very good credit.
I want to know which finance institute can give me a mortgage loan if I am not currently employed.
But I know this big banks don't care about me.
I want to see how can that be possible.

Banks already made tons of money charging high interest rate in the last decade. Even now....

Thank You Dean -You are AWESOME......

Hi Dean -I just would like to say that YOU are an amazing, caring person and I appreciate you very much. I didn't know the government just about shut down either but I do know that it will. We don't even know the truth about WHAT it does. We are just supposed to take care of ourselves and our families. That blog came at a perfect time for me. Thanks. I really do not think you need to apologize for not watching the "manipulated" news. I love your encouragement. Thank you for being you and I am so grateful that you are a part of my life. You have a wonderful family and I do too. I am in GIN.

Great Advice

Very Busy

Hi Dean:

It is great that you have approximately fifty deals that you are currently working on. That probably means that you don't have the time to read our blog comments. I watch the news on Fox (no spin) because I need to see what the pinheads in Washington have done that directly effect my Small Business. The current Administration seems to dislike us small business owners. Hope everyone has a great week.

Inspiring

That is inspiring but there are a few investor teachers offering me through my e-mail many strategies and tools for real estate investing and they look strong but I think its appearing to look like theres nothing left for me if so many investors are well ahead of me. But watching Deans blog puts me back on track to believing. I'm still trying to get my car going so I can move on but can I do without a car and still make money in real estate investing?

excellent blog

Dean great blog, you and your staff are the best I have ever seen. these roadblocks are so true,Its amazing how you give us all this training, inf,I am so excited about getting my first rental, my husband and I own real estate, but dont have any rentals, I am working on doing some wholesailing to get money flowing. Thanks again Carol In TEXAS

7 deadly roadblocks to success

Hi Dean,
Thank you so much for your encouragement to stay on the straight and narrow path to success. You yourself are a such a very good and down-to-earth role model to all of us. And you are so humble and yet so committed to our success. Again thank you so much and God bless you, my brother & mentor. Have a great and successful week.

brick walls

they are every where,if one don't get you the

other will.the thing to do is find a way around

them. and that is not always easy to do,BUT where

there is a will there is a way. someone out there

knows a way through. see deangraziosi.com-family

have a great week! see you from the top.

Thanks

Thank you for keeping it real and laying it out there Dean. One of my biggest pet peeves is when others do not choose to take action in their lives and they have excuse after excuse. If it is an interference in your success - fix it or get rid of it!!

Have a great week!

News media fast

QuickBuyHouseGuy's picture

Dean I have felt led to fast and pray. Then I hear your blog about not participating with following the local blow by blow news. Here you are having all your successes and not listening how bad it really is out there. The world still goes on and you still made money, and the world is in the crapper.I decided to follow your example and to fast from the news also. My pastor gave me some great advice, Stop listening to your self and start talking to your self, Truth comes by hearing. {The word of god).
and I believe that is how you live your life. So thank you for being a clarion voice. May God richly bless you and your family

Hi Dean,

Exciting about the Insiders Edge Magazine. It would be nice to have a copy. I hope everything is coming together as you prepare for the Big Edge Event. Continued blessings to you and your family. God Bless!!!

Great Blog!

Thank you Dean I love all yours blogs. one of the point i feell righ now its so much fear but i will get over.

Your blog inspired me to comment!

I am a new Real Estate Investor and I have been listening and watching your video blogs every week since I discovered this site. I have also been scared to post anything, comment, even update my profile. Just because I am a beginner at Real Estate Investing. It is so easy to fall prey to FEAR. And you and your Success Academy and Insiders Edge have really helped me in so many ways by helping me to take action even when I am nervous. And knowing that I have the Advisory Line really helps!!!

Also,I loved your story about your daughter! I do not have any children of my own but I have thousands that I have taught gymnastics and dance to. They mean the world to me. And I can just imagine how you felt when she had such a wonderful day because you gave her confidence to go into preschool and face her fears!

I am sure that I am not alone when I say that you have helped me face my fears. And I thank you for all of your video blogs, your training, and your encouragement!!!

Thanks again!

Courtney

Thank you again for all you do.

Hi Dean.
This is another really super great blog. I think I have all 7 road blocks Smiling. Your help, interest
and encouragement will help us all.
I am also interested in the magazine you mentioned, and more details about the 7 road blocks.
Thank you again for all you do. Keep up the great work. I hope you and your family, and everyone else, have a wonderful week ahead

You're Right Dean

I hope you never watch the news again because I need the positive energy that constantly flows from the vlogs to continue uninterrupted. Selfish as it might be but there are few places to escape to for that look above and over the KAOS in front of your face to see the promissed land down the road again. Keep up the good fight Dean, talk to you soon.

Great as Usual

Dean, I enjoy reading your blogs.. you always give us those little tidbits that we sometimes forget. The 7 roadblocks are all things that we have faced at one time or another, but making us aware of them and encouraging us to overcome them is always beneficial. Thank you for that... and you're right, we can't do anything to change the news, but we can work on changing our future!

I have to agree...

smurfy's picture

I have to agree with the other two or three people who've said that this is one of your best vlogs yet. I noticed that you slowed down some as well Eye-wink, you have such good things to say and we love listening! I've stepped away for a while because I was just so overwhelmed with everything. Then, a deal fell into my lap, and voila! That was my cue. Wish me luck, Dean! Oh, and Thank You!

Lisa

start up

i have been out of work for over a year, and unable to get unemployeement. my wife is unable to work due to physical problems. is there any kind of grant out there that we could get so that we could get the money to do your program?

Great Blog

Dean, sometimes you make my day as you did agin this week. You pick me up when I feel sooo down. I purchased a house and I would made money off of it but I did'n get it because the bank that sold it to me picked up the rugs and four lenders will now not loan on the house because it has no carpet in it They do not consider a good subfloor. I still have two guys who are trying to get the loan for me. this is a canvenional loan with 25 % down.I was so down but what will be will be and I am now looking for another house. Thanks for lifting me up and getting me back into action. crossover Sandy

New Blog # 125

Hi Dean,

You may be surprised to hear that a lot of people do not watch the news. It keeps reminding us of the things we would rather forget. You should not apologize for the things you do not have time for, especially if they are negative. We all know what dwelling on negative things do to us, especially those of us who want to, or are too busy moving forward. Most of my days are spent either in school or job hunting. Yes, more of us have had fearful things happen to us; some even frightening. If we had to dwell on them, we would not be here. We do have to find a way to overcome fear and move on, and not let anyone steal our dream. The Insider's Edge was on the right track about the seven deadly road blocks to success. It's true. No 5 is usually not our fault but like you said, it's up to us to fix it. I am in the fixing stage right now. Sometimes, we have to spend less time with negative people but depending on the degree of negativity, we do have to get rid of them entirely in order to move on. Life always gets better no matter what. Sometimes, what we go through strengthens us. I think what we go through always strengthens us. We only see it after a while. When my mother died last year March, I thought I would be so devastated! We were very close. I was down for a couple of days, then I was OK again because in growing up, I always told myself that parents leave this world and children remain. I had asked God to give me the strength to handle it when my mother does move on. What I was not counting on was the amount of strength He gave me! Wow! I am smiling much more now, and so happy; much happier than I ever thought possible. That saying is so true. "Watch what you ask for; you might just get it". In my case, it was given to me in abundance! I used to be afraid of certain things. With every passing day, I feel more and more brave and I know that I can do anything I set my mind to. I know there are great things in store for me. I am cleaning up and out the old, and preparing for the new. We have to turn pessimism into optimism. I do my best not to worry. I turn worry into concern. It is better that way. When I do that, I still have a heart to care about others without making myself sick. You had every right to worry about your daughter after seeing her so sad. However, just look at what an amazing day she had. That should teach us all a lesson and boy do I know that we all learn from our children! One of my friends once told me that she does not watch the news because it is too depressing. Well, she was so right. We need to be happy and laugh. Life is short; not as long as we think. We need to laugh a lot and be happy. My sister told me the other day that she did not particularly care for my husband, but he was making me happy, so she accepted him. I told her I was making me happy; not my husband. No matter what, I want to be a happy person in life, so I laugh a lot and do what it takes to make me happy. I, too, did not know that the government was shutting down. Besides the cleaning up, I will be working on election day, May 2, 2011 in Canada. I was at training for three and a half hours yesterday. All we can do is our best to help ourselves and others. Good and better things keep happening and we have to move on. Remember God never promised sunshine without rain; joy without pain. It may rain sometimes, but the sun will always come back out and when it does, watch out!

Dean,

Thank you so much for this blog and all the things you do. You are such an inspiration to me. Even though I'm part of your success adademy, I still haven't done my first deal. And you just reminded me why.....FEAR!

Please keep motivating me and everyone else. And your right, the best thing to focus on is family. That's what is pushing me right now. I've been out of work on disability for over a year and I have to figure out a way to pay for college for my daughter in August. Talk about motivation!

Keep giving us great information and thanks for just being you:)

Melissa

Good Advise!

Thanks for taking the time to do this blog week after week. You always come up with positive thinking to move ahead no matter what.

Keep sharing and teaching. We appreciate your effort.

don't do that again!

I panic Dean, I went through 36 e-mails and didn't see your blog, I look forward to your blog every week, it keeps me going and up to date. I do have a fear of rejection I've been dealing with it all my life. But I'm trying to get out of the shell though its hard.

And so .... What happened with Brianna???

Hello Dean,

Great blog AGAIN and I love the magazine! Have read though it a couple times.

I loved the tie in with "fear" and the story of Brianna and her best friend, but I am also dying to know what happened to make things better for her.

Do share on a future blog, as I would like to hear what she did to get over her fear. Might be a good life lesson for all of us in her story!

Just a thought and thanks again for the blogs!

Michelle

Yes! Great Life! Great Attitudes!

moonBLOCK's picture

I just got booted out of school 16 days ago and wow what a downer! Just 1 hour and a half later the mentors called me from the success academy and I have the Gain the Edge educational dvd's. I was so upset about school because I have worked so hard at it.
I just dived into the educational dvd's and I'm loving every minute of it. My investment to the Art Institute will amount to thousands with nothing to show for.
I am going to make this work with the Dean Graziosi Experience. I'm not a loser, I have failed and failed and yes, this is so much to absorb and learn but I will succeed! Oh by the way I am also having some fear about all this but I just do what I can possibly do everyday.
I'm my greatest Project Manager and very motivated to learn. I welcome any advise. Thank you all! Have a fantastic week!

Nice Blog Dean

I jotted down the 7 Deadly Roadblocks on an index card. I'll keep it in my files to check myself against. Thanks.

You really can't stress no. 6 enough! The Bible is in full agreement where it says: "Do not be misled. Bad associations spoil useful habits."
-1 Corinthians 15:33

All of the roadblocks are mentioned in the Bible in one place or another, actually. Smiling Very on-target list. The Bible really is the roadmap to true (spiritual, emotional, physical, financial, & eternal) success. Eye-wink (2 Tim. 3:16,17)

All the best to you, Dean.
