What is up with the servers. I get an error message saying the server cannot be found what do I need to do to access the videos.

Okay read through lots of info last night and watched quite a few videos as well this morning... made several calls to real estate agents and had a meeting with a team where we totally hit it off from the initial hello.

We started working on things within the hour after meeting. That in itself says tons.

Will be going through the DVD's next in the Edge 2011 set.

Hitting the pool for a quick break then back at it before the 4pm daily summer rains hit.

First, I will continously remind myself not to give too much time and effort to a client with very specific, demanding specifications.

I had been helping this one client I found through Craigslist with researching for a home. I had been on this assignment for about five weeks now. When I finally found two potential properties of interest, I get the call and he politely tells me that he has hired a real estate agent that specializes in "VA" purchases. He expressed his appreciation for my efforts and apologized for doing this to me since he knew I had been working hard at meeting his demands. I put on my professional and success personality and wished him well.

Who cares? It happens daily. If you're putting in a ton of offers it won't matter at all. And that is really the secret here...

I put in an offer on 2 bed 1 bath under 800 sqft home that is over 100 years old. It's a wreck. Doesn't need major work, but it needs tons of labor in little things. This guy bought it and made a vague attemt to fix it up before running out of money. In fact I bet he made more of a mess than anything. Everything he did is half-assed and will need redone. It's total crap.

Life kinda took a backseat today. Girlfriend's cat took very ill and needed to be rushed to the vet. She's going to be hospitalized for at least 2 days before we need to make what could be a final decision for her future.

What I was able to do before stopping:
Mailed off the rest of my buyer's letters after getting stamps.
Checked my PMs and emails.

Tonight I was able to listen to Joe Jurek's call and posted some stuff on DG forums.

Calling it quits at 1145PM.

what happened to carol`s national wholesaling gig ??? what did i do get in trouble for NOTHING ??????
