Started reading 30 Days to Real Estate Cash today(man am I excited). Have my list of realty offices to start calling. Attempted to download the script, but alas my computer will not allow me to download. No worries, I shall figure something out. I would also like to add a hello to all of you.

Yeah, the title of this post is pretty self explanatory. I am just starting part 3 of the book(BARM) but I really need to do the part 2 exercises to make sure that I do not let any of my self defeating habits stand in my way in order to be on my way to Be A Real Estate Millionaire. Just a quick note because I am committed to journaling this process but I also want to make sure I am taking action besides just writing. It hurts to admit this but I am struggling with the feeling of being deserving of success. It gives me the feeling that I have been stupid for not getting what I deserved for so long, but then again, if I saw someone else struggling with that thought I would tell them they deserve it and to go for what is going to make them happy.

I was just on Vacation last week in Northern Mn. Tons of Properties for sale by owners up Near Duluth Mn and Superior WI. If i were closer to that area i would have my husband do business up there. Driving around 1 hour each day found any where from 20 to 50 Properties for sale in any one area. Most of these properteis are for sale by owners. I cant do the foot work that far away from home. However if there is anyone in that area go drive around you will find tons of houses and properties in very nice areas. If i have a buyer for that area i will send them your way. Let me know if you do business in Northern MN.

hey all, im Nick, married with 2 kids, and have always be the type of person to go the easy rout.
I wanna start fresh, make a dent in this world and be proud off my self.
I did not think i had limiting beliefs never payed attention that i thought the wrong way but i do and i will start to change my conditionings--my beliefs to change my life.
one of those limiting beliefs is that i procastinate. I take long before i make that first step; wheather it is a school project, a paper, or something that needs fixing around the house. Iam delaying my Start to be real estate investor and i know im not alone but i must take a step.

Calls starting to come in to purchase homes. Some want to stay in their home and getting foreclosed on. Thinking of how to best service this kind of client. If behind on property taxes pay it of and see if bank pays for owner. He they do purchase home from bank and rent/ lease back to previous owner?

I'm excited that I found some clubs to visit. Though they appear quite out of the ordinary. One visits bi-weekly at an IHOP at 4 in the afternoon?? I don't want pancakes that late, lol. I guess I envisioned a dozen people in suits at the fanciest hotel conference center.
Even my mentor at PMI said just print some business cards from office max stationary and simply put your name and contact info on them tear them out.

But I guess I'm still sweating the tiny things.
I understand I'm there to introduce myself. figure out what kidn of properties they're looking for. I've listened to Matt and Dean. I understand it. But...but..but...
OH TO HELL WITH IT I'M JUMPING IN. I'LL SKIP BREAKFAST AND EAT ALL THEM PANCAKES. ALL-YOU-CAN EAT SALE HERE I COME.
