Almost there

I have been in contact with a Real Estate Broker that has asked me to do some birddoging for him. His Name is Gregg Watkins. He is out of Vista, Ca. and he supplies me with the MLS of pre-forclosures. I google them and the ones NOT for sale are the ones I approach. to see if they want to save their mortgage or if they can't they are approached by Gregg with the option of a short sale if the lender agrees.

As I experience each day I try to honor my desires and wants and fulfill my needs. Some people call this selfish, but if I don't take care of me than who else is obligated to do the same for you when you don't even give two sh&ts about your own well being.

I am at the point where I don't care about what others think as I muscle through my day solo and on my own personal agenda. If I am to join up or cross paths with zomeone then that what it should be. Life is suppose to be enjoyable. Life is suppose to be abundanct and exciting. Full of adventurez and lucid experiences that help you grow and become a wiser and better human being.

30 Days to Real Estate Cash: Day 1 - Day 5 Completed in 3 Days

After doing my initial reading, I had to be honest with myself. I have wanted to be a real estate investor for over 20 years, yet I am not. WHY?

By being honest with myself, I realized that I hadn't even done the first step. I hadn't even taken the time to figure out my why. How could I expect to be a real estate investor when I wouldn't even step outside of my comfort zone and do the first step.

After I did the reading, I went back to the homework section of the book. I did everything in 3 days. It was a struggle to complete it. I found myself opening games on the computer and immediately closing them again when I realized what I had done. After much perseverance on my part, I finally completed all of the exercises.

Moving Forward!

I have ordered my business cards. I am working on my website and will join the GA REIA tomorrow with my wife. This weekly wisdom has gotten me on fire. I need to put a deal together quick and fast. Why? Because I want the joy of telling myself that I DID IT. I DID IT ON MY TERMS.

Ready Prop, property insurance and property managers???

I have questions about the insurance and now property managers for the various properties purchased at the summit.

The property managers on the listing sheet given to us at the Summit and in the congratulatory emails from Ready Props customer service is incorrect. Therefore, we have to do our own investigation to find out who is currently managing our properties. This makes feel really uncomfortable about the transactions.

Is anyone having similar experiences?

Newbie Just starting out

Hello everyone, I am a paint/ drywall contractor and I am reading deans books right now to learn all that I can about investing.

We generally go into homes that are already with the drywall up and tape and bed done and all we have to do from there is spray texture, paint, and caulk.

However, now I am also interested in investing and learning all that I can. I have set a goal to have my first deal by July 22. My second goal is to become independent from my night job. You got it! I contract in the day and work at night.

I have learn a great deal from what I am reading and listening to the ideas and question on this site.

I am very honor to be a part of this society of investors.
