I've spoke to a few agents but the very first agent I had a real conversation with is the one who gave me his cell, accepts my calls at all times, and who keeps in contact with me. I spoke to him today about getting reo's through the same bank so I can broker the best deal. I like working with him. He must know I am not super experienced because I trip up over the terminology. He doesn't ever make it an issue. He just repeats what I mean to say using the right words which only betters the way I present the info. in the future.

Agent will get back to me with reo's. He is going to do a different search now that I clarified that I want all the reo's through same bank.

I have investors waiting for listings. BANDIT SIGNS are awesome. My phone has not stopped ringing. People call who want to rent. I forward that info. to my agent.

Then I will bid on customized "tape"

Goal: Put the cash and finance buyers together in one deal to get best price. NEED TO FIND OUT BEST FINANCE OPTION TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN. WHAT ARE THE STEPS??
